Website purpose

This website introduces Noah Thera’s brand, research interests, proposed facilities and private wellness vision. Information is general and may change as projects develop. The website does not itself constitute a booking, allocation, treatment recommendation, investment offer or binding commitment to supply a product or service.

Programme terms and availability

All programme scope, pricing, location, timing, eligibility and availability require written confirmation. A binding engagement arises only under applicable definitive terms accepted by the relevant parties. An enquiry, invitation request or reference to a founding programme does not create an entitlement to access.

Research and medical information

“nPSC” refers to Noah Thera’s Naturally Occurring Pluripotent Stem Cells research concept. Its description does not establish cell classification, efficacy, product approval or clinical availability. No claim is made that Noah Thera has demonstrated reversal of human ageing, extension of lifespan, disease treatment or elimination of cell-therapy risks.

Scientific materials are educational context and cannot replace assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Any clinical testing, cell or gene-related intervention, diagnosis or treatment must be separately assessed, appropriately authorised and delivered by the relevant licensed provider under its own terms and informed-consent process.

Wellness and facilities

Wellness concepts concern hospitality and non-medical wellbeing. Proposed campus spaces, equipment and experiences are subject to development, procurement, suitability assessment and required approvals. Photographs of other properties, heritage locations and artworks communicate aesthetic inspiration; they do not represent Noah Thera’s ownership, completed premises, installed equipment or relationships with those locations.

Partnership and investor information

Commercial material is introductory. It is not financial advice, a solicitation to the public or a promise of investment performance. Any investment or partnership is subject to independent diligence, eligibility, agreed documentation and applicable approvals. Research and development may not lead to a commercially or clinically viable outcome.

Intellectual property and sources

Noah Thera branding and original site content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party imagery and research are credited where used. Citing an institution, publication, technology or territory does not imply endorsement, a licence, appointment or institutional partnership.

Responsible use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or impersonate another person. Do not upload sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and shared with appropriate authority.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Subject to those protections, this introductory website should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a medical, commercial or investment decision.
